Leisure world pickleball USAPA Sanctioned Tournament

The 9th Annual Leisure World Pickleball Tournament will be held February 13-15, 2025. 
This is a USA Pickleball Sanctioned Tournament, and we will have Men's, Women's and Mixed Doubles at the 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 and 4.5 skill levels. 
New this year will be two age groups for the events, 50-64 and 65+ 
The Kitchen will have beverages and snacks available, and a food truck will also be on site along with Vendors and Sponsors.

Registration opens Monday October 14, 2024, and runs through January 14, 2025, via Pickleballbrackets.com

Both you and your partner must be registered before securing your entrance into the Tournament. 

LEISURE WORLD PICKLEBALL CLUB IN-HOUSE “Picklemania” Tournament

The tournament will be held Friday, March 14th (Men’s and Women’s doubles)
& Saturday, March 15th (Mixed Doubles). Register by February 14th (at the latest).

Levels: Tournament divisions are 2.5, 3.0, 3.5 and 4.0 for both days.
Please register for the division you play during round robin or social play.
If your partner is 3.0 and you are 3.5, you must play in the 3.5 division.

How it’s Played: This is a double elimination tournament, two losses and you are eliminated.       Opening round play will be best of 3 games to 11 and win by two points.
Winning brackets will have the same format while losing brackets will have one game to 15

Registration: Each player must complete a registration entry form with your partner’s name.
If you are playing in more than one event, fill out the additional event with your partner’s name.

Additional forms will be available on the courts and at PB general meetings.

Payment: Entry cost is $15 per player per event.
Whether you complete your form online or on paper, you are not registered until payment is received.

Pay by check drawn on an American bank account (Payable to: LW Pickleball Club) or pay with cash, placed in an envelope. If you did not register online, include your registration form in the envelope. Mark on the outside of the envelope “Picklemania In-House Tournament” with your name as well as the name(s) of any other players for whom you are registering/submitting payment. Place the envelope in the drop box next to the Pickleball kitchen door.

Other: Best costume prizes will be awarded on both days, There will also be a silent auction on both days. The kitchen will be open for food and drink sales.
